Question on NOC taken from Chennai RTO

i have 6month old car from Pune i want to use it for 6 month in Chennai , can i drive or use it at chennai without any RTO problem or need to take noc from Pune RTO.

I am mahesh, I am going to purchase new bike in chennai.whenever I want to take bike to karnataka then what are the documents I need to  take with  me. I am seriously facig the below problem.Pleae help me to resolve this

a) Bought new bike in chennai for 73K on road, paid taxes and everything. Now I am getting transferred to hyd.

b) After getting NOC from the Chennai RTO office, do I need to pay the lifetime tax again in hyd?

c) If needs to be paid, so can i get back the tax paied here in chennai?

Hello Rajesh, yes you would be required to pay the life-time tax in Hyd if staying(using bike) for more than 60 days. And you can claim for refund of tax in chennai, however a very tedious process it is.

I am newbee from chennai. I got deputation for six months to pune. I own a 2008 (April) Swift Dzire. I have to use it to Pune. I don't want to change the number. I can get the deputation certificate from my company.

Can you people assist/advise me for the right procedure.
