NOC and car transfer from Bangalore

Hi Shanker,

Thanks for reply, the Vechicle I am buying is of KA-04 , and need ownership transfer,

The problem I'm facing is that I don't have much deep idea about the documents and this and that,therefore wanted to take advise/service from the agent and get the transfer and the V-xtract  from RTO to be done .

I don't care about the charges whatever the agent is going to charge me,becuase you know when you are paying lakhs of rupees to buy a car, you can spend 2-5k amount wtever it is for authenticate the pappers and the transfer process.
