The fortuner might be miles ahead mechanically when compared to the ford but on a 'size to size' basis the endeavour is the 'king', the ford has much better presence than the 'soft roader' like looks of the toyota.I have recently driven a fortuner and let me assure you that the proportions of the vehicle is not all pleasing and the space inside is less than the ford.The fortuner has a tall stance and short overhangs compared to the ford, probably for better descend/ascend angles.something better on the eye is the toyota RAV4.

How about a comparison test between the Safari 2.2 VX 4x4, Scorpio M Hawk 4x4, Endy 4x4 & Mitsubishi Pajero ...

I do understand that the Pajero and Endy are on the higher side but more or less these beasts are at a difference of + to - 5 lacs.

eagerly awaiting for the test....
