Its brutally in-yer-face. Its macho. It is Ford Endeavour TDCi. Ford is American. So is this machine. As the Yanks like it, the Endeavour TDCi is big. It looks the part and plays a good role as an image pampering tool. Big in size it sure is, but big in performance she has become too! Here's the proof.

Hi Sahil,

It remains to be seen if the Endeavour will be able to match the performance of the Fortuner. Toyota might do a 'soft-roader' instead of a proper off-roader with the Fortuner. Expect Toyota to be better as far as the on-road performance is concerned, but even if they equip the SUV with good off-road capabilities, the Endeavour will be right at its tail if not ahead.

It is said that toyota fortuner will have a 2.7 L 150 BHP engine.......It ll have a permanent 4 wheel drive....And fortuner has already proved oitself in South Africa....However it has a 3.0 and a 4.0 L engine there but still off roading capabilities might be same with 2.7 L engine(with less power we can't go everywhere)....But the refinement of the engine is great....Typically toyota......And i duno think that endeavour is anywhere near fortuner.....(malasia uses the version that will be launched in india and that version is far ahead of the endeavour and other ford SUV like Hilux)
