Manish what you say is not agreeable. At present the diesel Punto is a more VFM than the swift. Resale, yes the swift wins here but then why worry about something thats gonna come 4-5 years later. You never know what the situation then would be right. 

Active 1.3 does not come with ABS. Its just the Dynaimc and Emotion variants that come with ABS

I would suggest you to go with hyundai i20 its a very good car and you enjoy the ride also.

Ground Clearance of Figo is 168 mm & Swift is 170 mm if I am not wrong. Proper air pressure in tyres and Figo is okey. Titanium with all the features + all the safety features is cheaper and better than Swift VDi in my opinion. Fantastic mileage & trusted Ford engine. My fiesta is over 1.16 lac kms with the same engine without any problem.
