i love the beat diesel. i convinced a friend to buy one and am glad that he did.the car feels spacious inside, the rear seat is comfortable. also he's happy with the engine.

the only thing that put me off was the funky instument cluster. but then tastes are subjective and i am rather conservative in mine.

I am really happy to say that the vehicle clocked about 18 to 19.5 km/lit on mixed drive.

In city drive it was some thing like  2nd gear or 3rd gear always.

Y'day i decided to go for a tank-full method to test the FE. As per the fuel indicator there must be atleast 6 to 8 liters of fuel  in the tank. so i thought  30 more liters will make the job ( Chevy mannual says the tank capacity as 35 lit.) But to my surprise, the tank swallows 36.25 lits. How this happend ? what is the real capacity of the fuel tank?. I dont know.

Now i think the tank should be arround 40 lit.  Anyway i shall give you an actual FE data after few hundred Kms. and replenish with tank- full method.
