Sell in Gurgaon Or Mumbai

I am shifting from gurgaon to mumbai by the end of the month and need advise on my 2007 october SX4. I  intend to sell the car within the next 3-4 months. Would it make sense to take it to mumbai and sell it there after 3-4months or sell it in gurgaon right now. Also what would be the formalities required if i decide to take the car to mumbai and sell it there.

My suggestion is to sell it off in Gurgaon unless you plan to keep the car for atlest a year. Getting a buyer there is much easier than in Mumbai and also you will get a better price.

+1 to Sridhar. Moreover to sell the car in Mumbai, you need to first get the car and papers transferred to Mumbai and then sell it. It would required a good amount of non-refundable money. Hence sell it in gurgaon itself.
