TRANSFER T PERMIT CAR

I have a 2010 Maruthi eeco 5+seater ac with Private. I want to cancel the Private reg.and use it as a T PERMIT REG.. (as bussiness purpose ) Car registered month of oct 2010 in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Plz let me knw the procedure and admin charges for the same. Also do I need to take my car there? 

I think the best option is to contact a local RTO agent to get the details. Am sure no one in the forum would be able to give you exact details.
