Audio Options For Skoda Rapid

Hi Friends,

I am getting (Tentive by jan'12 end) Skoda Rapid and I like to explore the audio options for my car. I like the music with good bass & clarity. Rite now I own Maruti Zen 2005 model.. I have fitted, Sony HU-CDX - GT303MP, JBL front speakers, JBL rear Speakers - GTO - 949, Sub woofer - CS 1215 & JBL 2 way Amp - GT-X424. 

My options for Rapid as follows.

Hu - Sony CDX-GT303MP or Sony-XAV-622

Front Components Speakers - JBL GTO - 609C

Rear Speaker     - Same my old speaker of my old car - JBL  GTO - 949

Sub Woofer     - Same my old Sub woofer of my old car - JBL CS 1215

AMP - JBL 4 way Amp - GT X646

Pl suggest me whether the above options will be good or suggest your options ( I am not biased with JBL   )

And I have doubt. Skoda has given the round provision for rear speakers in its rear doors .. Not at the back of the rear seats. Pl suggest me should i cut the rear dash to fit in oval speakers or I can go with Round speakers in the doors ??

i dont know much about your config.

but i shall list my system in rapid.

JVC 746 ,front infinity component ,rear infinity coaxial.(nosub woofer,no amp).

i have fitted all the spealers on the doors.one dealer suggested to cut out and oval in back plank.but i was not inclinded to do that.

Congrats for your Rapid.. How is the music feel after installing the system? Pl tell me the dealer who installed the music system.

So hw you feel about Rapid ? I m getting mine on Jan last week..

oh Jan end huh! nice. i did everything in one place privilege automall - nandanam.

the sound quality is amazin.(me not a audiophile thou).

make sure you spend a day in the shop on the time of installation.(it took 6 hours with one guy working on it).

still i need to come next day to get the sun film done.

anything else you would like to know please feel free to ping me.i would love share all that scouting done in last 3 weeks.

Thx. So wat's ur Rapid color and suggest me about seat covers.

I like to install Amp, Sub woofer along with speakers.. Whats your suggestion to drill the rear body to put oval rear speakers!!

not a prob,mine is cappuccino beige.

Personally i dont want any drilling or sutting to be done in a new car.

am so happy with the quality of speakers tuked inside the door panel.

no alteration dont to any part of the body.

floor mats i suuggest 4D mats. they are bit expensive , but they wrap complete floor and are very easy to maintain.

if you dont have covered car park, they invest in good quality cover. this would be around 2k.comes in perfect size of the car.
