Mobile Battey fell inside dasboard , any issues?

I went to KHT motors ( I called theri manager on the previous day and he asked me to drive in) and they didn't show any interest to help me. They said they have no technicians free to check my case. I don't know what does their 'quick bay' means..

KHT is close to my home (I recently shifted there) and they lost their potential long term customer. Now I decide to ignore the battery for time being, until I drive near Concorde.

And I don't bother to drive 35 KM to Concorde or any reputed local shops for regular service, but I never go to KHT any more!!!
