@ dvs - you are right one should not encourage, does it really takes such little time ,, as this was my first time (for bike) , i will try the proper procedure next time ,,
@gurhar - paid agent 2500 , got it in 9 days , as my date of leaving for kolkata was not known so have to pay agent to speed things up and save time for my other works,
Well i got Noc last month for My brother i did not know the procedure (attested documents) so i have to return and went there next day.
Documents Needed: 1. ID proof copy 3 (attested) along with original
2. RC copy 3 (Attested) along with original
3. Keep address proofs as well for contingency.
Step 1. Get a 100 rupee chalan from any eseva center for Vechile NOC
Step 2. Go to Dy.Commissioner of Police, Detective Department (Near LB stadium) fill the form provided in their office and submit along with Rs. 100 Chalan, ID proof and RC copy this takes 5 to 10 Miniutes collect it on given date(generally next day).
Step 3. Apply to the Dy.Commissioner of Police, Traffic Branch, Hyderabad by giving an application for N.O.C for the vehicle for no dues (office are adjecent to each other) no fees required. it takes 10 to 20 miniutes time.
Step 4. Submit Form 28 in RTO office along with Police NOC and No due certificate and original RC (you may have to spend some time here depend on time of the day) and you have to rub the chassis no on each of 3 copy and you have to pay nominal fees 70 or 60 rupee?.
collect NOC next day between 4 PM to 5 PM.
In any case you can familiarize youself with the system in this process as i did.
