I need your valuable advice as follows
I am looking for a new car with details as follows
1.Price range - Rs 5.5-6.5 lacs ( on road price ex-Mumbai)
2.Monthly running - 300KM on highway and 200KM in city.
3.Purpose - family car
4.Important criteria - Fuel economy,comfort,luxury,low maintainance and of course safety.
I have chosen TATA Indigo XL classic petrol model.I have followin querries
1.Is my selection correct given my requirements?
2.If not, can you suggest any other car?
3.I have a concern about Petrol car from TATA since I am told that one has to buy only diesel car from TATA due to their expertise in diesel engine technology.Please give me you feedback in this regard.
4.Given my monthly running, is Diesel car worth the consideration?
5.If yes then which car do you recommend in the same price range.
6.Most importantly your feedback on overall peformance of XL classic petrol car.I haven't seen much of this car on roads and hence bit undecided about going for it.
7.Tips for buying car and negotiation with dealer.Any news about discount being offered on XL car?My payment would be direct with no loan.Can you tell me best on-road price (ex-Mumbai) for this car?
8.Check-list for inspection while taking delivery of car.
