If you are not in a hurry wait till early next year. There is expected to be some great movement in mid size SUV/MUV segment. You can expect Ford's Ecosport, Renault Duster, maruti RIII, mini-xylo. they might just suffice your needs.
yes, ertiga is expected to debut in the next auto expo in delhi in January 2012 and if maruti dont mess up with its pricing then you can expect another segment leader and a segment creator just like swift was so look out for that
