Which car to purchase ???

Hello,

This is my first post on the forum.. need some help in deciding which car to opt for..

My monthly car usage is expected to be 1000km. (700 city and 300 highway). I have shortlisted the following options.

My budget is around 6 L 

1. Ford Figo Titanium Diesel 6.5 L (above my budget but want the safety features of ABS + Airbags) 

2. Tata Indica Vista Vx Quadrajet 6 L (with only ABS) minimal accessories required

3.Swift Lxi and add a CNG kit to it 5L plus CNG kit cost + accessories

4.The wagon r cng would have been a very good option;i know,but me n my wife do not like the shape ...so its not an option

I had a few queries ....

1.Does it make sesnse to go for diesel or cng ?

2.If diesel then is ABS an absolutely required feature? would it be a showstopper ? Cos if ABS is not that much required i can go in for the basic version of Figo n save on cost

Buy the FF Titanium. Economical, easy to drive and a better package compared to the other cars you have listed. The LXi of the swift is stripped to barebones and will not be a good thing to have. The quadrajet is not so impressive in my personal view apart from the space it offers. I would not be irresponsible enough to tell safety features are not necessary, so I would definitely recommend them no matter what your driving style is or where you would take the car. It is not a showstopper but in certain cases you will remember its favour for your entire life if you happen to experience any such situation.

I had a test drive of vista today... very good car on the highway but a bit difficult for city drive...

Hard gear box and hard clutch....

So have finalised ford figo for me

Now am a bit confused abt which version to opt for... the titanium version is a bit outta my budget..

Looking at the LXI version costing 5.28L in pune on road...music system is not in exi and only zxi and above....

Any advice on this...LXI or EXI ?

I think my best option is Tata Indica Vista because of its performance. and also its seating capacity in rear is comparatively better than any in its class.Milage is also better. Interior is less than Ford Figo
