Dear all

Please can you advice me whether i am making a right choice to buy a 2nd hand Ford Ikon 1.6 ZXI NXT model 2004, may. And would it be convenient to install CNG in this car and what sort of problems

will be faced if installed.

Kindly help me with this.

Welcome to carwale Alok.

Ikon really has not been very successful on CNG. Many CNG retrofitters do not agree to do a retrofit as well. Also you do not mention how much the car has run but considering its around 7 years old now I am assuming its around 50k+. Fitting a CNG will only increase the maintenance in duee course of time. So I would not recommend going in for this car
