Karthik,

Welcome to CW.

Manza is real VFM.

All your questions will be answered if you tell us why & how you have shortlisted Manza from other cars ??

I have been using TATA cars for a decade now. Real VFM cars. Manza is definately a big big step ahead for TATA & you really cant go worng with it

Price should be under 8.5 lakhs (top model)

Best Of Luck

Goods:

1. VFM
2. Engine performance & Pick up
3. Rear leg room

Not so good:
1. Quality of switches and plastics
2. Clutch and Gear - a bit hard but works well when u get used to it
3. Not so good on Cabin noise reduction

Further to what 'Honest.indian' has listed, generally, TATA car depreciates faster than competition. The paint quality is also not that great. Niggling issues will pop up and you will have to visit service station more time than competition.

All the best.

Nikvint.. wat kind of depreciation are u talking abt.. can u explain further.. because.. if TATA cars r depreciating fast, we wont be seeing so many TATA Indica Taxis..

One more thing i need to know is if the engine in Manza.. a Fiat engine..

De[reciation means that some cars have low resale values in a short amount of time. The Indica taxi is a completely different talk though. The engine in the Manza is a Fiat engine and so is the gearbox.
