Skoda After Sales

Hi,

Overall koda cars are excellent but its said often that their ASS is poor.

Is it really so?

Is it true that Skoda dealers speak very nicely till cars is sold off, but later on they behave arrogantly?

How costly is Skoda to maintain as compared to Hyundai/Honda?

I personally feel it varies from city to city and within the cities it varies from dealer to dealers. As far as maintenance is concerned it is more expensive than the hyundai and the honda and the reason for this is because of the built quality on the whole apart from the parts not being manufactured locally.

Also, the non availability of spares in open market and very less numbers of service stations make Skoda dealers complacent. As they know the owners have very little choices.
