Good point , Are you pursuing your MBA or done with it ? I am hearing this words after 11 yrs.
Consumer behaviour is derived from , market response , advertisements , word of mouth, feedback, actual experience , status, pride , price , quality and sheer performance of the product.
What I fail to understand it few customers book it before actually seeing the vehicle . For example one of my friends prebooked an iphone 4s, he has not seen at all .
I have read in one of the car sites that a person just booked the car because of their feedback ( car site ) on the car and not even taken a TD.
Its better to prepare and prevent than to repair and repent :)
