I had actually though of giving I10 a try but Hyundai Dealer did not seem to be interested in making sales. The SA was also not very informative and would run to manager even for basic questions. The manager would again rudely reply in front of prospective customers. These guys are not even bother to collect the contact details of visistors.

Speaks volumes of how Hyundai manages its dealers and am sure would be reflected in their A.S.S

On the other hand Maruti keeps its dealers on their toes, the SA know what they speak and are sure about the product they sell. Thats one more reason to go with Maruti.

I fully agree with you. This was the exact experience for me in Trivandrum also and I dropped the idea of looking at i10 and went ahead with Ritz. The second reason for dropping i10 was complaints about mileage of i10.

Anyway, looks like i10 dealers have a uniform behaviour from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Then Hyundai has to be blamed. They have not created a proper system to take feedback and monitor thier dealers.

One thing is for sure. Maruti takes customer feedback SERIOUSLY. Even if you report that the car was improperly washed, they will pick the car from your house, give it a complete wash and return it to you! So you can also use this opportunity for your advantage ;)

Btw, if any wagonR owner is interested in 14-Inch rims for a tyre upgrade, do PM me. I will be getting alloys for the car and the old rims will be removed even before the car goes onto the road. So it can act as an alternative to getting alloys if anyone want just a tyre upgrade.

Where there is a wheel, there is a way!
