@VsVs: If looking for diesel,go for Fiat Linea Multijet because it has an huge discount of 1.75 LAKHS!
Is that discount still available. AFAIK it was available during the festival season
Yup seems so. Fiat festive season will last till stock clearance i guess.

As per my info from colleagues, 1.75 is applicable only on Tjet. Multijet diesel has lesser discount.
Sharad: what was the cost of the fusion and how many kms run. Great car, all the best.
Arun: Fusion cost me around 3.65L+insurance of 10k. It has 35k on the odo and in car is in very good condition with a very good clutch/brakes/suspensions and no major expense as of now. I showed the car in the Ford workshop and they gave a green signal and also the mileage was confirmed to be largely genuine.
VSVS: Firstly the cost of good CNG kit is around 30-32k and i dont think you need to invest in sequential kit of 50k plus. Secondly, the maintenance is not double of the regular maintenance. Also, the FE in CNG is around 30% more than what you get in petrol. For resale value, you will struggle to get even a decent resale value of aveo irrespective of CNG.
Also, do the similar working for even a new diesel car. After running for 2 years, there will be a minimum drop in value of 2 lakhs even if its a maruti swift VDI
Linea MJD is offered with Rs 30k discount in Surat. Fully loaded Emotion Pack cost Rs 9.66 lacs on road .
