May be there is a electrical problem.Once I faced that problem. The alternator couldn't charge the battery as the in between fuse was blown.They just replaced the fuse and recharged the battery.

hi all,

thanks for the wonderful responses and help which you have given. one of my friends colleagues suggested me a mechanic who did a thorough check up and by god grace everything is dine except the battery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the mechanic said the battery is fake (it had fake sticker of panasonic), the rods were totally melted and bubbles were coming out. now i am planning to go to the battery shop from where i have purchased with the bill and give him a tough time Undecided

Apart from what you have planned to do (add to your list -> filing a case in the Dist., Consumer Forum with every document (Quotation, Cash bill/Invoice, Delivery challan, Warranty card, etc.,  photocopy), get acknowledgement from o/o DCF), please send detailed  email with scanned image of docs to Panasonic.  They would take stronger action against that Shopkeeper.  Save car owners who would face similar fate in future at the Shop.




Never mind what others say, do whats right for that moment!

@ selva...i do plan to go to consumer court. i am in the process of collecting all the documents.
