The car preferred here is most likely to have.

1. Good fuel economy.

2. Drivability.

3. Interiors

so please post accordingly as i've narrowed down to these vehicles and will be shortly going in for any one of these sedans.. Your comments are most appreciated..

Welcome to carwale Abhinandan.

Apart from the requirements mentioned can you specify if you will be driving the car or will have a driver, your budget etc for us to recommend

I have not driven the rapid and so cannot comment about it but yes can speak about the other three.

The city has been around a long time and is very refined when it comes engine and driveability. Interiors are good enough and will not disappoint.

Linea T-jet is a very good performer and will not fail to entice the driver. Interiors are good and the car overall feels luxurious. Do check the A.S.S.C. feedback in your city.

The Sunny is very spacious, infact I wouldnt be wrong if I said its the most spacious sedan I have seen in this segment. With the drivers seat pulled back a 6 ft tall guy was sitting behind comfortably. Performance is not bad though not as good as the t-jet or the city. Even the A.S.S.C. network is not that great.

I would suggest you take a test drive and then decide.

My personal fav is Linea due to its stand out looks, but if you compare above mentioned I think City is the best option that you can have. As it fulfills all your mentioned requirements. It has best fuel efficiency in its class and very drivable too. Infact driving city is a driver's delight, one of the smoothest engine I have ever driven. However, personally I am not a great fan of City's interiors, but its a matter of personal preferences. Lot of people appreciate it, and if you also happens to be one them City is a choice for u!

If you are planning to buy right now then would suggest you to choose between Sunny & Rapid cause rest two are up for facelift in coming Jan. And out of Rapid & Sunny i will anyday choose Rapid. And if you can wait then you'll have much better options in Jan.

Linea facelift has been postponed indefinately. As per FIAT India chief in India, FIAT will not launch any new product in Indian market atleast unill end of this year. City facelift was scheduled to be launched in Nov/Dec, but has not come yet. So. not too sure when will it be launched.

dont go by what people say. The city has enough ground clearance to be driven on Indian roads. I would suggest you take a test drive and then decide.
