purchase bike from up with noc on 7-5-2011

hi  i have purchase a old bullet bike made 1985 from a dealer he had got the bike from up on 7-5-2011 and had yet to be transfered what and how much will be the cost for transfer and what r the document for transfer  i have got the noc for the same and r c book what should be done to whome  should i have to meet and at one time i have to put the registration on my name on the r c book  on the r c book it has been mentioned to get transferrd on andheri r t o

If you have the NOC just go to the local RTO office and fill up the necessary forms (I think its form nos 29 and 30). Along with that give the NOC, your documents like license copy, address proof etc. It should take around 1000 bucks if I am not wrong. Alternatively you can catch an agent and get the work done. Better do it soon else the NOC might expire
