Engine re-boring for matiz

I recently bought a used matiz( Manufactured in Year 2000 ). Of late I observed that the pickup is much less for the vehicle of same running(60,000 km). So I am planning for re-boring the engine i.e replacing all parts which are worn out. Please tell me the rough estimate of the expenditure which can incur. I live in Hyderabad, so if you can please suggest a place where I can get it done.

You will be able to get this job done from a GM service station, just confirm with them whether they already started with the Matiz or not, but I feel that @60,000 kms it is too early to get this done.... the mechanic will definately ask you to go for it since they will get paid but this overhauling should not be done this early.

ya 60,000 kms seems so early for engine overhauling, but I need to change engine oil so often that I feel the oil is getting burnt and there is some compression loss in one of the cylinders. And the the pickup is pathetic when A/C is turned on in city. If you have any idea abt expenditure, please let me know.
