Would look good. But depends upon the design and size. The one on the i10 does add a different character to the car.

What are 'components' by the way and what are its uses?
As a friend of mine got them installed in his car, but I don't know what they are.

P.S: I already have 9 speakers, 5 tweeters, 2 woofers already in my car.

What does the last sentence imply??? Shocked to see the number, especially for an i20. Speakers are broadly sold as two different types, one components and the other coaxials. Components are speakers that are designed for a specific range of frequencies, ie Mid-Bass, high-frequency and so on. You have to install them separately and configure each one with a crossover that will distribute the signals between speakers. In coaxials you get two way, three way and similiar types which come in a single piece. Installation is simpler and audio quality for an 'Audiophile' is not good compared to a combination of components. Thats the difference.

Actually, I meant should I get them installed too?
By the way, I don't know whether few of the speakers are actually coaxials or components.
At the dashboard, I have 2 pioneer tweeters on the edges and a mini speaker in the middle.
On the roof, I have a single tweeter [the same as on the dashboard], on the passenger side and 2 mini speaker [the same as on dashboard] just above the rear headrests.
2 pioneer woofers, and 2 pioneer coaxials at the back.
4 speakers, one in each door, and 2 tweeters in front doors.
And I have a DSP too, though I don't know how to operate it.
Does any of them belong to components?

And I would be highly obliged if you could tell me what video resolution and format would play in the head unit as I tried a lot, but only one of them worked.

I am not sure on what you are looking out for. You already seem to have so many speakers, then why do you add more? A very good setup can be achieved using less number of devices, if each oe functions as its supposed to do so. By having so many tweeters, your high frequencey notes will be overly prominent and could spoil the overall clarity. I would advise you to first get the current setup properly tuned, and thats better than adding more and more things.

For playback formats, do check the user manual as its model specific.

Thanx a lot.
And I've lost the manual, that's why I'm asking about the resolution.
