Power window shaking problem.

Hi guys,

I need a help. I got my new swift 15 days back. I'm facing a problem. When I'm lowering my driver's side power window, it goes about 2 inches just fine then begins to shake all the way down.

And i dont face any issue when i lift it up..

Can anyone please let me know what mite be the problem?

Looks like a problem with the tracks on either side of the glass...perhaps these are jamming the glass. Anyways, since the car is brand new, get it fixed by the service centre.
