How to get rid of this?

This is really painful. I feel that there should be a law preventing service centres and others sticking their ads on our cars. With great difficulty we keep our cars clean and they think it is a mobile hoarding for their ads!

Use vegetable oil (unlike other chemicals, veg. oil doesn't rip off wax coating) to remove sticker gum from paint work. Wash thoroughly with Car Shampoo. Use "Wet Tobaco Pouch" to remove sticker gum from glass surface.  Wash thoroughly with Car Shampoo.

Here is the update on the topic of this thread.

The warm/Hot water trick worked perfectly. There is absolutely no stain on the body now. I used the same trick for the stickers on the glass, and the result was fantastic.
