a friend of mine had adviced me on hearing the entire story,to go to consumer portal if the matter is not resolved to my satisfaction,else go to the temple to prey god to help you forget the incidence.HE SAID THEY (BOTH TATA MOTORS AND THE DEALER) WILL HEAR ALL YOUR GRIEVANCE PATIENTLY AND AT LAST THEY WILL OFFER AN APOLOGY...THATS THE STANDERD FORMULA.
anyways...till date i have sent number of mails.(all with a few CCes)..opened up few complaints in the grievance box .for all they have to offer is an apology.
to my horror dealer have managed to close all my complaints without even troubling them self with a call/email to me.
how they are managing to do this without my consent,i am not able to understand, i am coming to know about the status when i call their 24*7 number...today when i called up they said "SIR YOUR COMPLAINT IS CLOSED"
from my side i had given a mail (including all my previos mails to dealer/customer support manager) to a person in the regional office tata motors who is beyond my customer support manager tata motors..no replies as yet / my calls not being picked by him.
on last friday i had called up head office tata motors...they asked me to fwd all the mails to customer care id..i did the same..no response yet..
