thanks rohit and anshu for the all the advice and showing interest in the topic..

a friend of mine had adviced me on hearing the entire story,to go to consumer portal if the matter is not resolved to my satisfaction,else go to the temple to prey god to help you forget the incidence.HE SAID THEY (BOTH TATA MOTORS AND THE DEALER) WILL HEAR ALL YOUR GRIEVANCE PATIENTLY AND AT LAST THEY WILL OFFER AN APOLOGY...THATS THE STANDERD FORMULA.

anyways...till date i have sent number of mails.(all with a few CCes)..opened up few complaints in the grievance box .for all they have to offer is an apology.

to my horror dealer have managed to close all my complaints without even troubling them self with a call/email to me.

how they are managing to do this without my consent,i am not able to understand, i am coming to know about the status when i call their 24*7 number...today when i called up they said "SIR YOUR COMPLAINT IS CLOSED"

from my side i had given a mail (including all my previos mails to dealer/customer support manager) to a person in the regional office tata motors who is beyond my customer support manager tata motors..no replies as yet / my calls not being picked by him.

on last friday i had called up head office tata motors...they asked me to fwd all the mails to customer care id..i did the same..no response yet..

Take a print of each and every mail. Also before this send a mails asking them on what basis calls were closed without asking/intimating you. This mail should be proof of you not being satisfied with their behaviour.

i have a cc addressed to myself for all the mails sent to different corners...so all proofs intact....i had raised my concern several times in my mails ...that how dealer is managing to close my complaint without my consent....nil reply on it...

yesterday my customer support manager (tata motors) gave me a mail....(2nd mail)..1st mail from him to me was after 15days of my 1st mail to him,i have already given him solid two replies for that.....this 2nd mail is after 10 days of the previous mail....

what is bothering me again is the way he ended his mail...

requesting your kind cooperation please??????

what does this mean...that i am not cooperating?????

customer support manager wants the customer to cooperate?????

dealer can do all the atrocity....that is not a problem for him...customer need to cooperate...

i have not replied to him yet ,as i dint wanted to spoil his diwali,,,so instead i gave him an sms "HAPPY DIWALI"...
