Skoda Service

I own a Skoda Superb and I understand that the Skoda has the worst Service network. They delay the car for mor than a month for normal repairs and their service dealers dont maintaina single piece of inventory of any spare. VEry Very erratic. I wish to say that one should discard this car from service point of view.

Not sure what you intention is of making this post. Is it like a small review on skoda or just a warning kind of post? 

Between it is ironical that skoda has such good machines but they are killing it themselves by having a poor A.S.S.C. network and costly spares. Its been years now and they show no sign of making things better.

I am also from Indore and me and my colleague were planning for a Skoda Fabia for him. Can you please tell in detail about the service  quality of Satguru Skoda in Indore. What were the problems that you have faced with them.

Overall response towards complaint is poor and they do not maintain a single spare part with them. Also, they are unable to address the precise problems to the customer. Above all they do not respond back on call.

Can you please be a little more specific? What I wish to know from you is :

1. What are the parts that you need and they are not having in their stock? Are they routine parts like Oil filter etc or parts like clutch plate et al.

2.What is/are the problems that you are facing with Superb that they are not able to handle?

3. How is your experience with your car till now? For how much time have you been using it? How many kilometers you have covered?
