I have 1.2 Magna Feb 2010 model and I am gona get the seqential kit fitted this saturday:

They will gona install Tomastto Argentina kit for 54K ... Including RC. Company dealer charge 63K for their korean kit and they install in euro - 4 cars only...

I cant get RC done by myself as sequential kit are not approved for euro 3 cars

I have talked with couple of retrofitters and took the numbers of the people those have fitted cng in i10 and below are my observation. (I can be wrong but cant take any chances):

1. Any cng kit will work with 1.1 engine (era or magna)...conventional or sequential.

2. For euro -4 calls (models from June or July 2010) ..conventional or sequential.

but for euro -3 1.2 kappa engine..only sequential works...people who have normal kit in euro -3 1.2 kappa..were very frustated...however, others are statisfied....(1.1 & euro 4 owners)

Any suggestions for me that I should take care before fittment...are very much welcome.

Hi all,

I dont agree with all the post that sequential kits are not good, i think no of these have had sequential kits in their cars.

Sequential kits are the latest technology kits available in india, these can be installed in any of the cars may it be a big car or a small car, just the fitter needs to have proper technical knowledge.

For your knowledge i must tell u that we do fit these kits and have installed in many big and small cars like CRV's, I-10 ( 1.1 & 1.2) , I-20, COROLLA, ETIOS, HONDA IVTEC, GXI, ACCORD,FORD IKON, FIGO, WAGON R , SWIFT, DWIRE ETC .. ETC & many more.

So if u have any doubts regarding the compatibility about these kits visit my setup and then have all the answers to ur questions. I will let u talk with people who have got it done having the same doubts like u have , but they are really satisfied about the performace and they now have forgotten about their doubts.

So dnt worry & go for it , save fuel ..... save money...

i think u dont know about BRC sequential kits it good

I think instead of going for imported kits which are no doubt good, you should still go for reputed Indian Sequential Kits Like Minda. atleast you will get proper support and service.

I Agree with you techfreak as i recently opted for Minda Sequential in my car and it had some minor tunning problem on the same day i was to take the car out of town. I called my Fitter and he arranged the Mechanic from minda visit me and he rectified the car at my place only. It was just a minor Software issue or something.

Firstly, I wasnt confortable with Indian Sequential kit...Also, I got the kit fitted from Tomasstto kit all india Importers workshop at Wazirpur, instead of any dealers of tomasstto. They have company trained experienced engineers..

Its been more then 15 days and its working perfectly fine..when it comes to milage or car power..Also, I am feeling really low power loss and that only when trying to speed up on escalated road...between 40 - 70 KM speed.
