Convert Honda City Zx 2007 to CNG

Hi All,

I am having Honda City Zx 2007. I am planning to convert it to CNG so please suggest me the dealers in Pune .

Also let me know is it benificial ? any harm to Engine ?

please advise which cng kit will be good for Beat LT Dec 2010 model

I think based on the running you have to decide whether its beneficial or not. In Honda City all three CNG models i.e open/closed and SI kits are a success. SI obviously offers the best performance. 

Take a TD of a similar car from the dealer before you finalise. All the best!

I doubt if there any RTO approved kits for beat yet. Better check with a local kit dealer to get more clarity

An accident is generally the result of a screw loose in the nut behind the steering wheel

Can I trust the local kit dealers and get the kit fitted by them

Not too sure if there is such a  model for the BEAT. Pls check out the ARAI website before you go in for the retrofit. Dealer may try to con you into buying one. Be careful and do some due diligence yourself before you take the plunge. Also ask the dealer to provide you references of the BEAT vehicles which he has retrofitted. If possible take a TD of those vehicles and then take your decision.

If you want to install CNG in Beat then go for this dealer in gurgaon from where i got my CIVIC AT fitted with Conventional CNG kit. He did it for my car what everybody refused to do and he did it successfully.
