Hi all,

When I saw this thread today, I remembered to have gone through something like this long back. No any offence, but I really found the source instantly - Team BHP Forum, Thread- The Official Joke Thread, created on 9th March 2004.

Sorry, I don't know whether I should mention it here or not, but I couldn't resist myself from sharing some of the content here. It was dated 6th April 2004 & you may find all the stuff just by clicking HERE

Some more here

Out of topic. I feel carwale forum discussion should go to the next level of discussion about the engines and whats happening in the world of automobiles, innovations, etc. I feel teambhp is better in these kind of discussions and a lot of information is shared in a right way. I hope it will be better in future.

I Love German cars and beautiful Italian cars. Favorite car- Maserati Granturismo

Sumanth why not take a lead and start a thread on a topic of your choice. Carwale as you know is always open to such discussions and that is why you have so many different sections to encourage all sorts of discussions. Team-bhp might be doing all that you said but its not a "forum" in the true sense. Forums allow people to discuss the topics they want ofcourse under some rules but for team-bhp they allow you to dicsuss only what they want you to. Getting into IIMs is easier than getting a membership in team-bhp. I too am a member there as a matter of fact but my logins there are very less because of the attitude that is prevaling there. If you expect only experts to join the forum then where will others go? No one is born an expert but with time they become experts. In a single sentence I would say its forums like carwale that helps novices to become experts and to appease the mods of the supposedly "elite" and selective Tbhp. I do not intend to say that forum is bad or anything but just some things need to be changed there. Between there is a big thread here itself where many people from carwale have complained in many ways about tbhp. probably you should search it. Also on a personal note I would request you not to compare these two forums in anyway. They are different entities and have different focus group. So its obvious the discussions would be different as well. Hope you understand.

IMPORTANT NOTE - this post of mine is a personal one and not in the capacity of moderator for carwale. Any comments/complaints towards this post needs to be directed only to me and not to carwale.
