URGENT--Driven thru hvy pothholes..is Wheel Alignment reqd??

Hi,

I have two months old Figo and it is been driven only just 600 kms, due to the rainy season the road condition has become really worst here, unfortunately My new Figo was draged thru some heavy pothholes in speed of 60kmph. Toady I have noticed there is a small crack on the front right wheel cover/cap and the rim looks little off shaped. Please suggest whether I should go for some professional tyre shop to get the wheel alignment done immediately. Also I am a new driver and it is my first car, not sure whether there is anything else have to be done for that. Thanks in advance to all the GURUs here for their suggestions.

Do you think your car pulls to one side while driving on a straight road? If yes then better get the wheel alignment done. Also since you say there is some damage to the rim, there would be no harm in getting it checked and having an opinion

Bivash - it would be a good idea to check the wheel alignment. Also the wheel where the cap has cracked may have a bent rim - get that fixed first, followed by alignment & balancing.

I Agree with Rohit & Sridhar, As advised rim straightening is required. Followed by a alignment check and balancing.

Pls get it done from a professional garage only.
