Re Registering a vehicle in Chennai

Can anyone tell me what is the registration fee for a 4 year old car to be re-registered in Chennai from Mumbai?

While waiting for responses here you can try visiting the Chennai RTO website or speak to a local agent and get the exact cost

I Have a Spark AP registerd vehicle- Moving to chennai I wish to Keep AP reg plates - What do I need to do.

Welcome to carwale Vijay.

Have you moved there permanently or is this temporary? If it is permanent then better I would suggest you getting the number changed as cops might pull you over time and again for having an AP registration plate in Chennai. If it is temporary then you can pay the road tax and retain the number
