How To Enhance the Power Output of M-800?

I own M-800 E-II, Which Bears 6 Valves Instead 12Valves as Before(5-Speed).

The performance of vehicle becomes sluggish as AC is swithced on.

Whether it is possible to change or Modify the existing setup of FD8 to FD10(earlier on 5-speed model)?

If the modification is possible, what will be the cost involved for the modification?
