Google this. Or if you know where is the fmaous D Mart in Powai, its close to that. If you can't figure that out also see for Subway, Subway is next to DMart. 

They use 4-stroke Honda and Vanguard engines.

The Honda engine is 4.2bhp and the Vanguard is 6.5bhp. Vanguard is not available to the common people. They even have twin engine karts which uses 2 Honda engines giving it a power of 9bhp. Twin engine kart is also not available to anyone unless and until you have a super license.

So how  and where do u get this super license...

We, 7 friends went to Go-Karting near to Khandala and enjoyed like anything... You should definity try and BANG.......

To get the superlicense, you have to participate in motorsports competitions they are valid just for a year. You need to renew them every year.
