faulty car registration by dealer

at the time of delivary when the executive was explaining the features of the car, it was found that car turn indication as well as the lights are not glowing. the car is alredy registered in my name by the dealer himself. i found some other problems also with the car. so can i ask for another new car of same model to register on my name and deliver me

Welcome to carwale Srinivas.

Sorry to hear about your experience. If the car is already registered on your name it is doubtfull that the dealer would give you a new car. The lights can be taken care off and is not a big deal. What were the other problems in the car? If the problems were major ones then you should have refused to take the delivery then and there itself. Ask the dealer to get all the issues rectified if they are small ones and if they are major ones, write to the company asking for an explanation about the dealers behaviour.
