My car skidded off the road and a stone hit the underside of my car.The under body was damaged,the silencer bent and the front shock absorber damaged.I claimed insurance which is from royal sundaram which was provided to me by the GM dealer during purchace.Now the insurance guys have agreed to pay for the silencer and the body work,but has refused to pay for the shock absorber saying it could be due to wear and tear.Actually there is leak from the shock absorber and the impact as i felt it was huge.The insurance guys keep telling me that the impact does not look so big to damage the shock absorber.What should i do now? Can i complain somewhere?Is there a redressal forum?
