I guess all of us are best in our own way. It would be unfair to pronounce any one of us to be the best.

On their Facebook page, Mercedes-Benz India has a lot of albums under this Star Drive program. It seems to happen in many cities around the country. I just hope that the next time this is happening I can catch it live.

Who knows what cars would be present next year!

@Kurush- Yup! that was the actual star drive pictures. I didn't post them here because none of them would be interested in those rides. I guess Star drive is not every year in a city, but every year in India. The next time Merc announces Star-Drive in Bangalore, I'll surely give an update here on the dates and location of the program. Any one can go and have a look at the latest cars of Merc, but unless you have the pass, the rides won't be available.

Sumanth - do post the pics here as well. They are many here (including me) who would definitely enjoy the rides.

looks like they had created off-road like ramps to give a taste of what the Merc is capable of.

Yup! They had built it. The slopes were 30%, and the car could go upto 35% sideways. The straight slopes were 60% I guess. It was really a wonderful experience and a kind of thrilling. They showcased many features like the car doesn't loose traction or skid at those slopes. You can aslo adjust the speed at which the car should go down the slope without any break or accelerator. They were a true master piece. Brilliant engineering, though I haven't had an experience with the legends like the Land-Rover and Toyota.

it nice to the point is according to the poin

After the rides and demo by the Benz guys, I felt like India is such a backward country and none of them knows whats innovation and technology. Those cars are 1000 times more advanced than what a common man knows.
