Hi

Read the news on ACI :

Are we going to get the EVO as facelifted Punto ?

When the facelifted Punto will be launched in India.

If we are going to get Evo in the same price as Punto, it will be awesome.

Have also been a fan of their cars due to a number of reasons (have owned one); lets see what comes to us this time and hopefully it will be good overall. No idea of launch date in India.

The look will only be of the Evo. There wont be any change in the mechanicals of the Punto. It will remain the same.

I tried this and I had understeer, I tried that and I had oversteer, at the end of the corner I just ran out of talent!

Is this a speculation Rachit or you have some confirmed info on this? If you do post the source as well.

Rachit has a valid point. Even sources whom I know are of the same idea. Both the linea and punto will be getting a refresh, but the mechanicals will be more or less the same.

Manish - there is a thread dedicated to the topic you are asking about. DIscuss or ask your related queries there and do not take this thread OT.

The Evo loos great from every angle - the interiors as well as the exteriors are superb and look like a great overall package. Looking at the hot competition in the hatch segment, this might well be another great car to cut down on the sales of some of the cars enjoying some good numbers.
