I just Got my Sierra Turbo, 99 model about a week back. I am trying to figure out the finer points of the car. I need help understanding the "Fast Idling Control Device". What does this device do... (is it actually the obvious answer? increase/decrease the idling). If so what are the optimum settings for the idling?
