Be careful while dealing with Maruthi - Bimal Auto Agency, White Field Road, Bangalore - Very bad experience & loss of money

I also had a bad deal with Bimal. I know I am not the first but hope to create an awareness to all those who are first timers and love a smooth deal. Please be careful. They are tricky and not a trustworthy!!!

I was taken for a ride in Bimal Auto Whitefield road, when I left my card for body repair. Parts were stolen and told the required parts were not available. They took almost 20 days and then requested to tell the parts detail, but refused. Then later at 29th day I got my vehicle. Later the feedback form was not provided and when fought they provided the feedback.  Hence I request, please don't leave your car at Bimal for any reason.

I bought true value car from Bimal Whitefield around 7 months back. I am still following it up with those guys to get my RC, they are telling me all sort of execuses for not getting it done, i.e death of someone from the 1st owner's side , signature mismatch and most recent execuse being the loss of file from RTO.

I am not telling you guys to not to deal with Bimal in future, it all depends on the amount of patient you have.
