octroi related

i bhavin mehta recently have purchased a new hyundai i-20 from a multi car dealer in mumbai.my car was booked by him from a authorised dealer from jalgaon.my car is has come from jalgoan and is ready for delievery but the dealer i think is hiding from me regarding the octroi paid.i have asked him with complete documents but he is delaying for the octroi paid receipt.so please help me in this case what shall i do?due to this issue is still havent taken the delievery of the vehicle.

I would suggest you visit some other dealer and get a quote from him on the same model. Once you get this you can be sure if your dealer is charging you extra or not. Hope this helps.
