Tyre Pressure (in lbs) for Skoda Laura Elegance

Can anyone tell me about the actual tyre pressure one should have for normal driving - the fuel lid does contain details about it but they're a bit confusing? The tyres are standard 16" that come with this model.

I would suggest checking the owners manual as they would have all the details required for the different driving conditions (fully loaded/ unladen etc.)
