I need to starting a new business in cars dealing

Hi eveybody, I'm intersted to start a new business in car dealings but i don't have any experience and dono how  and where to start but my aim is want to become a licensed car dealer so pl'z help me by giving some useful tips........Thank you

Since you do not have any experience I would suggest you get that first. Join a dealership and get to know how things wok there. Once you feel you are comfortable in all the areas of handling a dealership go ahead and make your dream a reality. All the best.
