same here. Tried rectifying twice from HASS but slight improvement.

From stand still to about 20kms the steering is ok, then it stiffens. I am not sure if this is because of some padding inplace to check the notorious steering rattling issue. Many claim the i20 steering to give a 'lifeless' feeling which is not the case for me. So I think this is ok???Undecided

I am a little concerned about pushing the HASS to 'loosen' the steering. I am now trying to change my driving style - using both hands on the steering unlike my santro days when i always drive with my one hand on the gear and one hand on the steering.

If you use both hands, the steering is quite comfortable at speeds above 20kms.

The steering for ritz and old zen are superb. Even the Santro's hydraulic PS is quite sweet. No doubt you find it hard to adjust to the stiffness. Probably the length, width, heavy engine + some solution to prevent rattle is causing this stiffness.

Hoping for feedback from other owners.

I am not aware of this. I have always filled up when the tank is about 3/4th empty.I think you could drive safely for about 5 - 10 kms to the nearest pump.

dealers may not be right in this case unless there is some written spec from hyundai. So better to be cautious and get to a good pump asap when the low light comes on.
