Has Carwale Turned in to Blog or Chat room!!!!!!

I just called Ban and conveyed him our concerns. He agreed he is currently very busy and have not gone through the posts off late. He also mentioned Rohit's call about the same. My concern was that the subject raised by Master and well supported by all the memebers here should not go in vain. It happens so many times that we loose the tempo and forget about the matter. The good news is - Ban has agreed to look in to matter today itself (in fact he mentioned me - within half an hour - but I don't want push him knowing his busy schedule). He also assured me that he will try to reach some solution within a day or two. 

BTW - I've threatened him that we will have no option but to visit his office with a big 'Morcha' If there is no action taken. 

Cleaning, merging the threads and restrictive registrations & replies are the only keys to make this forum very informative and specific. It might create a bad feeling among some,, but in the long run, more people will be benefited out of it. Replies which have no information about the topic (single liners), which have an extra dose of spelling mistakes and smileys, which sound offensive should be deleted without any double minds.

Great going guys - Satish (the new angry young man) thank you very much for starting this thread. It was long overdue that someone did this. Let us hope that things get better now.

When I saw this rohit, I realised I wasnt the only one out there! Waiting for Banwari sir's response!

between where is Ban? I have even noticed that there are now new test drives/reviews from carwale either. What is happening in carwale?

Well he was in the office when I called him today. Till the late evening I've not seen his comment on this thread so I send a PM to him. So far there is no reply. Let's wait for one more day. Or we will have our next meet in Carwale's office!  

Apologies wouldn't help, I know. But nevertheless, hoping that it doesn't increase the anger and grief, here are my apologies for creating a mess here in the forum. Looks like I'm ignoring the forum which is not the case in true essence. I have a label for Forum posts in my Gmail account which used to show-up in the visible area, I created a new label a couple of months ago and this forum got dumped into invisible area and hence got ignored completely. Otherwise I was pretty quick at reverting to PMs at least.  Received a call from Rohit a couple of days ago during a meeting but forgot about it as soon as I entered the meeting back. Nitin called up today to remind again. Thank you very much guys.

Coming to the point, I agree that the forum is growing and the existing moderators have difficulty managing it. We need more moderators to help make it the way it used to be. Give me time till tomorrow, as I analyze the forum usage and contribution patterns. Rohit has already proposed a few names as potential moderators, I will add some on my own and then discuss with fellow moderators.

All of this should be done in a couple of days. Please bear till then.

p.s. The new label is deleted and the forum label is in visible area again.

Thanks Ban for chipping in. Now we'll wait for all the action so that we can raise this platform to a new high.
