I am providing you a link which contains address and phone nos. of hyundai's authorized service centres; select your state and city, you can call them to confirm and compare the cost.

Yes a well equiped service station can do the paint work also.

I think the paint cost will be anything less than 8k.

The sevice stations charge 8k only for painting 2 doors, so getting the whole car painted will be much costlier than that, above 25,000 for sure.

If you can find a good private denter and painter, you can get it done by them. Cost depends upn what the work is. It depends upon how much of denting is to be done, what the colour is and the magnitude of painting. If the work is just an over coat of paint, you can get it done in around 10k rupees. If you have some dents and scratches to be covered, the cost will further increase. Lastly, if you want the entire paint to be stripped and the colour changed, the costs will cross 25k. These are just rough figures in a private garage and can vastly vary depending upon the painter and the work he does. In the authorised service centre, it will be expensive, but you can get behind them if it is not done upto the mark.

Just a note if you change the original color of your car you also have to get it changed in your RC book in RTO.
