we are equally responsible for all this too...for instance, how many of us have got there license through regular procedure...how many times we have bribed a cop...how many times we have bribed just to jump from the hoops and loops of law..evrybody want there work to be done quickly...for once someone might think of avoiding bribing but seeing others work get done quickly, only one thought strike the mind...heck yaa...everybodys doing it so why not me...!!
