According to the info, the foam inside the tyre (internal) will absorb the noise vibration, hence giving a quiet ride. Normal tyre internal is hollow, hence the vibration will result in noise.
I am on LM702 before, super noisy but good grip. I hope this LM703 really can improve on noise level.
